2026 Academic Council Nominations

Please complete the following form to nominate a member of the academic community to be considered for a position on the AMA Academic Council for a term starting on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2029. This nomination form requires that you submit the nominee's CV and the nominee's statement of interest.
